Our "Bumpy" Ride

Here are some pics of us getting ready to leave the Hospital. What a roller coaster! We came in without a baby in hand and now we're leaving with the best one. Do you think they'll notice we took the best one? We're officially parents now and not getting any help or supervision from the awesome Nurses anymore. Hopefully, he'll be okay at his first Dr. visit in a few days. [crossing fingers] BTW - we like his hair better today. LOL

He's so precious, we can't believe he's ours to keep, for now. He's such a blessing in our lives already, and he's only 3 days old. It's gonna be a "Bumpy" ride and we couldn't be more thrilled and excited about the journey. Thanks for all of the awesome, thoughtful comments and help! We love our family and friends.

Thanks to my Grandpa Hoby for gifting us the best car seat/stroller combo ever, I am sure we'll be posting a ton more pics later as we take him out.

  6. I remember when it was time to leave the hospital with Mason, I was shocked the nurses were actually going to let us just leave with him. I couldn't quite get it into my head that he was ours and our responsibility. I've killed every plant I've ever had, so let's just say by the end of the week, I was happy I'd kept our baby alive that long. It's amazing how much Heavenly Father trusts us!
