Peruvian Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 8oz Bakers Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares
- 4 Cans Evaporated Milk
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
Directions:
- Heat 4 cups of water & baking squares in large pot over medium-high heat.
- Mix constantly with wire whisk until chocolate has completely melted and water has come to a boil.
- Add Evaporated Milk and Sugar.
- Mix constantly with wire whisk until ll mixture is frothy and starts to boil and rise.
- Remove from heat and serve.
It will be super hot...so let it sit for 2 min. Add Whipped Cream on top for added awesomeness.
Makes approx: 8 cups.
