Peruvian Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Bakers Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares

  • 4 Cans Evaporated Milk

  • 4 Cups Water

  • 1 Cup Sugar


Directions:

  1. Heat 4 cups of water & baking squares in large pot over medium-high heat.

  2. Mix constantly with wire whisk until chocolate has completely melted and water has come to a boil.

  3. Add Evaporated Milk and Sugar.

  4. Mix constantly with wire whisk until ll mixture is frothy and starts to boil and rise.

  5. Remove from heat and serve.


It will be super hot...so let it sit for 2 min. Add Whipped Cream on top for added awesomeness.
Makes approx: 8 cups.
