Working from an Apt

Wow I can’t believe I am working out of this clustered space. I feel like every-thing's going to fall on top of me. Can’t wait until the house is done so I can spread out. I have also been thinking if I should just quit this thing while I am still ahead? And by ahead I mean, not in debt.
